Can you Lose Need-Based Aid?

If I was awarded need-based aid based on the Need Access application, is it possible to lose this aid if I get a SA at a big law firm that pays well? The aid award says it is for all three years and there is no need to reapply, but I am curious if any one has experience with something like this. Thanks!
