Basically, the school you want the full-ride from invited you to tell them what it would take for you to attend. Frankly, I'd just tell them you want the full scholarship. Usually, you'd wait until you had a scholarship offer from this "higher ranked" school, but you skipped that and you seem to be in good shape. No need to beat around this bush at this point.
