need access: non-custodial parent form

Post by yunjh2725 » Wed Mar 02, 2016 6:13 pm

Hi,

Do i have to fill this section out when my parents live together and are married? If i don't fill it in, it's saved as unfinished...

Thanks!

No, you have two custodial parents. On the first section you select whether your parents are divorced or married and the non-custodial form pops up based on that answer. You should be seeing Parent Form 1 and Parent Form 2 if your parents are married and live together.

I'd email Need Access. I did that for a question and they got back to me super quickly and were very helpful.
