NeedAccess Parent Form Won't Open Forum

I've filled out most of my NeedAccess application, including all of the student portion, but when I click on the parent portion I just get spinning dots and nothing happens. Anyone else having the same issue? I'm going to call them tomorrow, but I was curious if I was alone on this or if others have encountered the same problem. Thanks

Are you waiting more than 5 seconds? It took at least a minute for it to open for me, and well over a minute the first time it loaded.

Mine took a really long time to load. Both Student and Parent forms.

I had to switch over to Firefox, it wasn't loading in any period of time on Chrome for the parent portion. Odd thing was it didn't time out either, it just gave me the loading icon forever (or the icon just went away eventually). Works on Firefox though so w/e
