Is IBR Sticking Around?

REPAYE should be rolling out soon. While objectively superior to IBR in the monthly payment category, it has tradeoffs for married couples.

That said, is IBR sticking around once REPAYE rolls out? My understanding is that REPAYE will completely replace PAYE for those not already enrolled, but I have not seen any information on whether REPAYE will replace IBR as well.

Of course, sources are appreciated.
