scholarship negotiations
I received 3 acceptances today all with scholarships of 10K, 10k, and 25k per year. Am I able to negotiate these figures with the admission committees or do most schools not negotiate scholarship amounts? What is the best way to do this?

it completely depends on the school
some schools are good about negotiating, some aren't
some schools have matching programs, some don't
some schools negotiate only when you have offers from certain other schools, others don't do that
plus there are tricks to negotiating aid that may help at some schools, but not others
we need to know the schools to give you good advice
