Scholarship at Notre Dame (3.77/166) Forum

I was ecstatic to be accepted at Notre Dame a few weeks ago and now I am thinking about how much scholarship money I will likely receive, if any. Does anyone have any info about what kind of offer I can expect with a 3.77 (now a 3.8, I had an updated transcript sent through LSAC) and a 166 LSAT? I checked LSN, but the numbers are all over the place.

I had similar numbers to you (slightly lower GPA) and I negotiated from $15 to $18k a year. You'll probably get more $$$ though because I started law school in 2011 when admissions was exponentially more competitive. Congrats on ND though— I graduated last year and am very happy with my decision to attend.

I would retake and aim higher. You're very close to getting into some really good schools, it would be a shame to settle for Notre Dame unless you like need to live in Indiana for the next 3 years or something
