Negotiating Scholarships (Cornell/ Vandy)

Trying to figure out the best strategy for negotiating a scholarship between Cornell (current offer $105,000) and Vanderbilt (current offer $105,000)

Vanderbilt's max for non-named merit scholarships is 110, so you won't be getting much more out of them.
