I doubt you will be successful negotiating with GULC $$ or acceptances, but it does not hurt to try. $60K for your stats seems right.

Agreed on both counts.
FWIW, Chicago offered me 90k for 173/4.x

Is it possible to ask for more $$$ without mentioning any other scholarships/acceptances????
Just a letter, I guess, explaining current financial situations, etc...
