Negotiating Scholarship?

I have yet to receive my financial aid package from HLS so I'm not sure how generous it will be. But would I be able to negotiate my scholarship from Chicago with HLS offer? I was quite disappointed with Chicago's offer and the amount of aid I am receiving essentially leaves Chicago out of consideration unless they increase it substantially.

Does anyone have experience with this? And how generous is the financial aid in HLS given very low income but no debt?
