Need Access Form Before Tax Return?

Hey TLS,

So people keep telling me that I shouldn't turn in my need access form before filing my tax return, because it is very hard to change your need access form from the guesstimates to the real numbers. Why is it so hard? Is it impossible?

Well I also doubt my parents will have their taxes complete by the deadline...and I'm a dependent
