Fellowship offer - protocol?

Post by AndiDail » Thu Feb 06, 2014 4:27 pm

So I've received a fellowship offer from a school (approx. 1/2 tuition) but haven't decided on them because I have yet to receive all my acceptances/decisions.

My question is, is it appropriate to call/e-mail a school to show appreciation for such an offer? Or is it better to stay silent until you've made a decision for sure?

Thanks in advance!

It's entirely appropriate to call or email and express your appreciation and to let them know you are waiting to hear back from all the schools before you make any decisions.
