Transfer option to HYS, more money possible at UT Law?

I have a dinky scholarship at UT (15k total). If accepted to Harvard, Yale, or Stanford on transfer, will i have much leverage to get more from UT?

It's possible. I know at NYU there's a scholarship unofficially called the "don't go to Yale" scholarship. What are your goals? IF TX biglaw, it doesn't really makes sense if you get TX to pony up (not so true for clerkships and things on the coasts)
