Think its possible to use $90k at columbia to get northwestern to increase their $105k offer? Or will they just say.. Yeah Columbia has better stats but we already gave you $15k more

It is probably worth trying.

i think you could make it happen, but you'd have to convincingly demonstrate why you are the rare bird that would take NU with, say, +$30k over Columbia.
