Help w/ MVPD negotiation letter

Hi guys! Long time lurker, first time poster. I know how knowledgeable you guys are and figured you could give me some help with the negotiation process... would anyone be willing to look over a letter I drafted and offer criticism/advice? Let me know and I can private message it to you!
