Need Access Lockout

Hey all,

I wanted to update my Need Access application, which I submitted a little over 3 weeks ago, to reflect a change to my financial circumstances. However, when I try to open "Student Form" or "Parent Form", it says they were locked by "Another User".. since I'm the one that made the account and the only one who has ever logged on, I find this very bizarre. Anyone know how to correct?
