NeedAccess-- every school? Forum

I have a question about NeedAccess. I went on their list of participating schools and 3 of the 10 schools I applied to are on there, so I'll obviously send it to them. But does this mean that these 3 schools require NeedAccess and for any others not listed it's optional, or is the list comprehensive of the schools that accept NeedAccess?
