After deferring, can one renegotiate their FA w/ new LSAT?

I am considering this strategy* after putting down a deposit at one of two schools. Do you think it could work? I am at median or below LSAT at both schools.

One of them is sticker the other is 20% tuition scholarship.

*after securing a deferral of one year, retaking the LSAT for a better score.

If you defer you generally have to enter into a binding contract saying you will attend next year. They would have no reason to give you more money at that point.

You also shouldn't go to either of these schools at anything below full tuition scholarship. Even then it might not even be a good idea.

just retake. many of us have retaken the lsat, so it's no big deal. Hell, I took the test 3 times. It's one test that determines where you go and how much you have to pay, so take it seriously.
