are there new scholarships awarded to T14 2Ls?

like if they did well as 1L, do they get merit scholarships the second year? or does the well run dry from trying to attract top talent 0Ls?

I have heard that some people have leveraged transfer admissions to get more $. Doesn't hurt to try but I wouldn't count on it.
