Does anyone here have experience negotiating scholarship offers with Penn State? I sent an e-mail to Dean DiPolvere today basically saying "X school is more expensive, but has offered me more money so it will be cheaper than Penn State. So I'll probably go there even though I like Penn State better unless you increase your offer."
