Negotiating for UCLA Money

Hey everyone,
I would appreciate any input on the UCLA negotiation process. Dean Schwartz seems very willing to work with students, what has everyone's negotiation process been like so far? I recently received at $75,000 scholarship to Boston University, but haven't received anything from UCLA yet. Will I be able to negotiate with my BU scholarship at UCLA? For some perspective, I have a GPA which is over the 75th percentile at UCLA and an LSAT right at the 50th percentile.
