Clarification... as far as federal aid goes, I know I don't have to provide my parents' incomes (because if you're attending law school you're "financially independent" based on federal guidelines). But for this school's need-based grants, I also do not need to provide my parents' financial information.

You have to file the FAFSA to be eligible for federal loans. Either way, you're guilty of tax evasion right now so you can either fess up on the FAFSA or lie on that as well.
