Awarded renewable full tuition scholarship at Uconn. Awarded 10k/year at Fordham. 3 questions.
1. Can I use my Uconn offer to get Fordham to up the money, or is Uconn too poorly ranked in comparison?
2. Can I start those negotiations now?

It's too early unless those are the only two schools you applied to, if they are you should probably apply to more schools. Wait until you've got offers from various schools and work out a strategy for getting them increased by negotiating up the rankings (i.e. don't use two schools that are far apart as leverage unless you have to)

Thanks, Uconn and Fordham are the two lowest ranked schools I applied to.
