Do army wives get in-state tuition? Forum

I have heard tid bits here and there about this but I am looking for a full answer. I am going to my in-state school anyways, but if it so happens I do well enough to be able to consider a transfer I would like to know, and I know a few other ladies are wondering this as well. So, do army wives get in-state tuition in states other than the one they have residency? TYIA <3
