Do URM get more money?

Do law schools give more money to URM? or is URM solely for admissions?

For example, let's say someone had 3.5 171 and got $ at T20.
If he were URM, would he get more $$$ from the same schools?

If so, how do schools determine how much money a URM gets relative to a non-URM with the same score?
