Question about Grad Plus Loans Forum

Are these difficult to obtain? I understand that they are contingent on a basic credit check, but how often are people denied them? I went to my schools Financial Aid Office the other day, but they didnt give me a straight answer.

I know someone with HORRIBLE credit who got one. Can't be too tough.
