Parent info on FAFSA?

I was wondering if its necessary to provide parent information on FAFSA if the schools I'm applying to (T15) also require NeedAccess.

My EFC shows 8,000 which I personally don't have and since my parents won't be helping me I will need to be able to take out loans for the full cost of tuition. If I take parents info off FAFSA however and leave it on NeedAccess - my EFC will go down to 0 and I should be able to take out the necessary loans. Is this correct? Anybody have any idea how this works??

EFC has nothing to do with what your family will actually be giving you.
