How To Fill out Need Access if Taxes Aren't Filed Yet?

My need access form is due on March 1. But I've yet to file my taxes, so how do I fill out this information?

Use a program like Turbotax or the IRS's free filing site to estimate everything. You can enter everything without submitting. You can go back and change it once you've filed

My question is how to fill out the tax information they want for the coming year (ie. 2011), how on earth are we supposed to know that?
(Unless of course i misunderstood the question, and therefore filled it all out wrong!)
