Georgetown LRAP eligibility and assets

Does anyone know what stipulations GULC places on applicants that have previously held assets when applying for LRAP? I discussed this briefly in another thread, and then I looked on their website and on here but I couldn't find an answer. It looks like in the past if you had over a certain amount it affected your eligibility, but I can't find anything for this year.
