Do UM and GULC send scholarship offers with the admission letter? Or do they come later? And how much later?

I got an email the other day from Georgetown asking me to reply if I was still interested in GULC and provide any additional information (other offers etc) if I wanted so I could be considered for scholarships. This is months after I was admitted. So I believe the answer is GULC $ come later.

The email also said,
"The Committee hopes to make our initial scholarship awards via email beginning around March 1st."

Mich sends scholarships 1-2 weeks after admission. You can see the amount in the Admitted Students site soonest.

Georgetown does. UM says it doesn't negotiate.
