I was filling out my needaccess form and I was confused: when it asks for tax info for 2010 and 2011, does it want your filed 2009 tax info for "2010" and your estimated/filed 2010 tax info for "2011"?

I had the same question. And I'm not positive, but I did do what you are suggesting..

when i filled it out with my father he assumed that it meant yout 2010 tax info for 2010 and a complete estimate/guess for 2011 but i thought that seemed wrong

Yeah I'm really not too sure. Though it prob doesn't matter thattt much

I believe for 2010, they want the tax information for 2010. For 2011, they want you to estimate what you think it will be.

so for 2010 I can put my estimated 1040ez info and for 2011 i can just 0 it down since i dont plan to work during 1L

You'll be working until August 2011, though, right? Take your 2010 numbers and multiply by .67 to estimate 2011.
