So outside of the one response and the great pm does anyone know. I only ask bc I may be denied. My score is only a 600-645. I am not aloud to transunion myself at the law firm I work for.

I believe that you will simply need a cosigner, unless there is something obvious (like, an incorrect entry that can be fixed). 
My understanding is they don't deny you for a low credit score per se, but rather for specific negative entries such as judgments, foreclosure, short sale, bankruptcy, charge-off.
