Need Access - Medical Expenses

So I'm trying to fill this out and Need Access is asking for what I believe to be my projected medical/dental expenses in 2011. Can anyone tell me how they were able to answer this. I would call the help line but they've closed for the night unfortunately.

I doubt that is such a big deal, they are trying to accommodate people who had to itemize their medical deductions which is only if they are huge. You could use the student health insurance rates from the school's COA to estimate if need be.
