Need Access Form

I need to fill this out, but dont know if parentals will have filed by 2/1 which is when I need to have it done by. Do I just use their 2009 numbers? They usually dont file until March or April.

I'm in the same situation, and I checked the websites of schools I applied to. They all say to use estimated numbers if you haven't filed yet to be sure to meet the priority deadlines. You'll have to submit your tax returns (and your parents') at most schools before they finalize your reward, so any changes can be made then. On the the Need Access form, it asks if you're using actual 2010 numbers or pre-filing estimated ones, so this seems to be a normal situation. No worries.
