Did you learn anything useful when you called? If I pick Georgetown I'll definitely be applying for that program, mostly because I would like to get to know other people who will be in international law.

No, but the Public Interest one does. In general, GULC is VERY tight with scholarship money, as in offering far less merit aid than other T14 schools.
