Does American give $$

So I was accepted to American this cycle, but no mention of $$ or anything yet. For those who have gotten accepted there, or have a good idea, do they send you $$ offers later? Or is it when you get the acceptance letter, if it's not enclosed, that's it, no offer? I've read on TLS over and over that they are stingy, just trying to figure out how stingy so I can compare other offers.
