Straight from undergrad, no credit
With a 3.96/169 at the top 14 can I expect any merit based scholarships? Also, I've never had a credit card as I'm only 20 years old should I get one or will having a cosigner be enough? Can I expect to be able to pay near 100% of my tuition and fees through loans if i can't get any scholarships?

You'll probably get $15k/year at Michigan, but otherwise I wouldn't expect much merit money at T14. You're only at or above both medians at Michigan, Berkeley, and Cornell, and the latter two are stingy with merit money. As long you don't have bad credit, you should be approved for loans covering 100% of cost of attendance.
