Do I need to do separate MPN's for Stafford and Grad PLUS loans?

At my school you need to fill out a MPN for each.
Go to studentloans.gov and it will tell you to fill out both if you want both loans.
You didn't used to but the system has changed.

When I clicked on the MPN link for PLUS loans, it sent me to the credit application page, which I already did.

I have to fill out one for each. My Glad Plus on is comepleted but the other isn't ready for me to fill out yet.

The Department of Education mailed me two separate MPNs, one for the two Stafford and one for the Grad PLUS loan. They were pre-filled with most info from my school.
