Does the loan forgiveness for working PI/gov in 10 yrs. apply toward grad plus loans or is it just sub and unsub loans?

Also, what is the deal with it starting in 2014. That is just the change from 15% to 10%, right?

GradPLUS loans qualify as well.

And yes, IBR drops to 10% for loans originated after July 1, 2014. For loans before that date it's 15%.

are you 100% sure about that, because grad plus are not government loans, right?

Yes they are honey. They're government loans, with a varying interest rate (depending on whether your school does Direct Loan servicing). They qualify without a doubt.
