Negotiating Scholarship Dollars from Notre Dame

Has anyone had any luck doing this? They e-mailed me and awarded me 2k more just because they had some extra funds, but now I'm e-mailing them trying to see if I can get anymore because OSU made me a good offer.

So, has any other had any success negotiating more scholarship from ND?
