Did you ED to UVA and get no $?
Want to get a sense for this cycle.

You left out some possibilities in your poll. What about the ED people who are below both medians?

The no, one or more above the 75th ought to be broadened out a bit into 2 categories. If you've got 2 above a 75th, I expect you to get cash. If you've got just one above (like many of us splitters) and the other horrendously below the other 25th, you probably don't deserve much (and how I wish that were not true).

Poll fail. Should allow 2 selections allowed to account for in-state or not.

No matter how this plays out this poll isn't going to show a whole lot. Like grind says it doesnt account for being way below one median and above or at the other (3.0/173 person for example). Also what is point of the VA resident options? It doesnt say anything about their stats.

Bad poll. I assume you only want people who got in to respond? Or do you want everybody?

I actually did vote since I think a poll of this type would be valuable information for the next cycle of applicants deciding whether or not to ED, but I agree that this poll leaves lots of holes. A better way to conduct it would have been yes-no with certain number ranges. There is obviously an enormous difference between a 3.55, 177 applicant and a 3.1, 176 applicant, but both fall in the same place with these options.

Poorly constructed poll by a guy who was flaming in the other UVA threads. Whee.
