Financial disclosure. Why?
If someone is not asking for any financial aid from a school (or very sure they will not qualifiy), is their any point in sending them your info) I've been asked for my financial paper work by two schools and I am not asking them for money. puzzled. Hidden scholarships? Just plain nosy?

Just do it - is it worth pissing them off to save the 30 minutes it'll take you to get them your financial info？
