Negotiating $$from Duke for $$from Penn

Hey all. Would money from Duke (70k) be something I could use to negotiate some money from Penn? Do you think it would have any pull at all? Thanks for the comments.

Couldn't hurt to try. Duke and Penn are close enough in rank to be peer schools.
