I applied to a few more than 10 schools and was wondering if I need to file 2 separate FAFSA to include all of them or how this works?

You don't. Do a search on the forums or on google. there are helpful topics on this already.

Just go to the "make corrections" section of the FAFSA homepage after your initial FAFSA is processed. Remove any of the schools from your list, and replace them with new ones. Then resubmit your FAFSA. The new schools will get the info, without taking away the info from the schools you removed. Do this as many times as you need to make sure it gets to every school.
