Negotiate now or wait?

Post by Rowinguy2009 » Sat Feb 06, 2010 5:24 pm

So my cycle is basically over at this point, and while I have looked through all of the main negotiation threads, I have one more question that I need to ask. I am wanting to negotiate one of my scholarship offers, not to ask for more money but to simply get the GPA requirement lowered. I know the basics of negotiation letters and all that, but I am planning on attending one of the schools accepted student weekends in March. Should I wait, not send an e-mail, and try to do these negotiations in person? Or would it just be best to e-mail them now, so I'm not putting them on the spot with an in person negotiation at the ASW?

Any comments/reasoning for your answer would be appreciated.
