Need Access?

I have submitted my FAFSA and will be filing my taxes. Where do I apply for Need Access?

I was trying to fill out the Need Access form, but I haven't received my W-2 for 2009. I guess I just have to wait for it to be sent to me? Hopefully it gets here before February 1...

The worst part is, I'M the one at my office who's supposed to know this janx!
