Does need access have any impact on merit scholarships?

Does anyone have any idea how much money persons who qualify for need access generally receive? I'm sure there is a range of numbers, but how much are we talking about? $1,500 $5,000 $10,000?

Really stupid/silly/obvious question, but if I didn't submit the need access form by a school's deadline, can I still get merit based aid and federal loans from that school?

Does anyone have any knowledge on:

2015 estimated income vs. summer 2015 estimated income. I'm 4 years out of undergrad, so I don't exactly divide up my income by season. Should I put this as 0 since I've estimated the whole year already, or just divide my year up to have this equal 2 or 3 months?

Education tax credits: I have absolutely no idea what, if any, education credits I'll receive. Safe to leave at 0?

That will depend on the school. Also your age would only matter for parent information on need access - you would still need to apply with your information.

Many schools will in fact want your parents' information on there regardless of your age
