If you want to marry her because you love her, marry her. Don't do it solely for money and don't not to do it because you don't feel like you're financially secure, etc. While you're waiting to be financially secure and feel good about your status, she might be gone.

get in-state rate
have SO work while you are in law school
have SO help pay your tuition
divorce
profit
