i fell into this trap with GW on ED day, why am I doing it again?

To me, it seems that it would make the most sense to send the rejection e-mails and alternate e-mails out at once, and then do the scholarships individually. Anyway, I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

My LSAT is within a point of yours, and my GPA is a 3.85ish. I think I wrote a decent essay, so I'm certainly expecting something.

The wait is driving me crazy.

I don't think the "give us more time" email yesterday was bad, I actually appreciated it. It would be pretty tacky, however, for them not to get back to us today after promising to write by COB (whatever COB means to them--their offices close at 5pm so who knows what they meant since it's after 5 now...)

At least, I'd get my @$$ handed to me if I pulled something like that at my job.

OK, so five people have now posted scholarships on LSN. The highest amount is still $60,000. Maybe they are saving the major offers for last (wishful thinking, I know), or maybe there's no order to the process.

Yeah, mine was 5:30. The PDF with the scholarship letter has your name on it, so they have to send those emails by hand (instead of batches). That's probably why it's taking longer for offers.

I did the same and have heard nothing. I've also added to my application subsequently, which could be a factor.

Mine was sent Thursday night as well. Hmmmmm...

Anyway, if the recipients are getting personalized PDFs, then I guess it makes sense that they did the rejections/alternates first.

Well, I suppose e-mailing them and asking if its too late can't hurt, but based on the small amounts it seems they've been giving, I doubt they'll have much, if any, left.

It's starting to look bad for today. 6:30 and nothing. I know it takes awhile to make these decisions and send them out, but its still depressing.

I've still heard nothing and I sent in my app on 1/31 for the first batch, Feb. 2 deadline.

One would think, though, that they'd send us an email telling us that we won't be hearing today, like they did yesterday, if they're going to push us over until tomorrow. Maybe they're just really taking their time. Or maybe that "you'll hear from us tomorrow" email will come soon.

When I tried to key in what i wanted (JD Program->Already Admitted) it hung up on me three times.
