3.5 GPA with a 180 LSAT score
Going to graduate soon, and was just wondering where should I be applying? I had a sudden death in my family my freshman year and ended up getting a 2.0 gpa, but picked it up during my later years. I am a URM if that would affect my chances in any way.

Welcome to TLS!
Is your LSAC GPA 3.5? Assuming it is, as a URM with a 3.5 LSAC GPA and a 180 LSAT, you're golden. You could write your own ticket to just about any law school. You should blanket the T13 from Yale on down.

Also consider taking some time off to work. It'll strengthen your resume and let you get distance from the GPA. Plus you'll get life experience and money. Law school will still be there.
